Since the UK has now left the EU, VAT (sales Tax) is only charged to UK customers. ALL other customers will pay the lower "Excluding VAT" value listed on the website.
Please note all customers outside of the UK are responsible for any import duty or sales tax applied in their own country and may be required to pay any such charges to the delivery service.
As from 15th March 2021 some EU member states now require either the customers Personal ID Number or Tax ID Number to be included on the import documentation. This is a pre-arrival EU security declaration (ICS2) for security screening purposes only.
Please include this information in the "add a note to your order" box provided on the Cart page prior to checkout. Failure to provide this information could result in Customs clearance delays.
Shipping and Taxes are calculated once you have entered your address but prior to check out.

DHL Express is our main carrier - full end to end tracking details will be provided. Please ensure that you include a valid email address to receive DHL tracking updates.
DHL Express service in the UK is delivered Monday to Friday only.
Lightweight small accessories can be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post or Airmail International Economy. Please be aware that these services do not offer tracking and as such non delivery it is at the customers own risk.
Please note that if delivery is refused by the customer (or the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and delivery is not possible) the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to TUTORO Ltd plus any duties or taxes incurred. No refunds will be issued until and unless the items are returned to TUTORO Ltd.

Our Tutoro Auto kits (and oil) are usually sent via DHL Express who will require a signature (or Covid19 compliant alternative) on delivery.
DHL will email you once they have collected the parcel from us with details of your Waybill number. You will also be offered various options to make alternative delivery arrangements such as leaving the parcel in a safe place, arrange collection from a DHL service point, delivery to a different address or leave with a neighbour if necessary.
Occasionally DHL Express may apply a remote delivery surcharge which makes the cost of delivery excessive. In these cases we reserve the right to use a Royal Mail Tracked service to keep the cost within the delivery budget.
