A: Although automatic oiler's are convenient there is only one thing that can make an informed decision about how much oil your chain needs and that's You. There isn't a device on the market that can take into account weather and road conditions nor is there any substitute for inspecting your chain on a daily basis, that's why thousands of discerning bikers all over the world choose a TUTORO to keep their chains in top condition.
The flow valve lets you make the right choice in relation to speed of oil delivery whatever the weather or road conditions.

Q: Will it work in hot or cold extremes?
A: The TUTORO has been extensively field tested at temperatures ranging from +36 C to -10 C and found to work perfectly.

Q:Will fitting the TUTORO invalidate my warranty?
A:No, the TUTORO is a discrete device, it cannot interfere with the engine management systems.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:Faulty items can be returned and will be replaced

Q:Can I top up the oil reservoir and leave it over night before i use it?
A:Yes, top up when ever you want but make sure the Flow Valve is off until you are ready to go.

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:UK postage is £2.00 - International (tracked and signed for)is £6.50

Q:Do I have to turn the TUTORO oiler off when I stop?
A:Yes, this is not an automatic system.

Q:What does TUTORO mean?
A:Top UP, Turn ON, Ride Off :-)

Q:Where should I site the oil feed nozzle?
A:The Twin Feed Nozzle kit requires the user to fit the feed pipe to the swing arm so that the nozzle can be fitted to oil both sides of the chain, if this is difficult then the single feed nozzle can be positioned to drip oil onto the chain from any available position, See the gallery for dozens of examples.

Q:Do I need to tap into the bikes wiring loom?
A:No, the TUTORO needs no electrical connections

Q:Do I need to tap into the Bikes Vacuum system?
A:No,the TUTORO needs no vacuum connections

Q:Is the TUTORO only used in the UK?
A:No, the TUTORO is used Europe, The USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore,Russia and Brazil- and thats just the ones we know about.

Q:Is the TUTORO made from parts from something else?
A:No, the TUTORO is made in the UK from Plastic Injection molds specifically designed and manufactured in our own facility.
